COVID-19 Policies at Gloagburn

 

To be able to maintain social distancing we are limiting the numbers of customers who are inside our farm shop at one time. To control this, movement between our restaurant and shop has been stopped and entry to our restaurant can now be made via our new entrance at the west of the building.

Thank you in advance for adhering to and following these COVID restrictions.

 

Farm Shop preventative measures:

  • Protective screens at till points
  • Social distancing flooring markers
  • Limitations of customers indoors at one time
  • Hand sanitiser at entry points
  • Regular cleaning of frequently touched items by customers and staff
  • Face coverings worn by all staff members
  • Contactless payments

 

Restaurant preventative measures:

  • Separate entrance
  • Face coverings worn by all staff members
  • 2 meter social distancing of tables
  • Outdoor seating
  • Paper menus replaced after each use
  • Tables, chairs, salts, peppers, trays wiped and cleaned after each use
  • Hand sanitizer at entry points
  • Contactless payments

 

Test & Protect

  • We are following government guidelines and collecting contact details of the lead person in each group that dines with us. This will be a name and phone number.
  • This data will be stored securely for 21 days and then destroyed in line with GDPR guidelines.
