All new for this year Wendy has brought together the very finest cuts for you all to enjoy:

  • Luxurious beef wellingtons and loin of venison wellingtons sized to feed 2, 4 or 8
  • 1kg Chateaubrind of Gloagburn Beef Fillet
  • Delicious 3 Birds roasts: chicken stuffed with Perthshire mallard duck and pheasant with pork sausage meat OR Perthshire mallard duck stuffed with pheasant, partridge and sausage meat. Each feeds 4-6.
